At noon today, I had the pleasure of hopping on a webinar with Lizzy Brown, CEO & co-founder of the app that is my alarm clock, Yoga Wake Up. Real talk: sometimes, Nichole Doherty's Shaman's Invocation meditation on the app is the only thing that gets my ass out of bed in the morning. I am not a morning person.
On today's webinar, hosted by Cait Fraser of Wanderwell, Lizzy discussed several new features on the app, such as Missy Kai's new audio guide to starting an Ayurvedic Morning Detox routine, which I cannot wait to try! She showed us a short breathwork practice to bring a bit of calming meditative energy to the workday, which was truly lovely, and then she casually dropped the bombshell that Yoga Wake Up will be debuting new content soon to help subscribers create the nighttime routine of their dreams, and this includes...

Many of you know my love for the LIFE-CHANGING practice of Yoga Nidra (a.k.a. sleep yoga) (a.a.k.a. yoga for stress monsters). And whereas kidnapping my Yoga Nidra instructor and having her give me an individual guided meditation every night is highly illegal (GUYS, her voice is SERIOUSLY SOOTHING), this runs a close second.
